Thinking about the long underwear armor bottoms and top.  Anybody have it and your opinions?

I have the bottoms--use them under jeans in hot weather.  I got the mesh ones, figuring I can always layer under or over for warmth.  Sometimes I take them off at work, but many times leave them on and am grateful to have the kneepads as I spend some time on the floor examining animals.  I like them and am thinking about getting the top also next spring.  Once it cools off I go with the 3 season mesh with liners--just so stinking bulky and hot when it is 80+ degrees.

When I wear riding jeans I also use the Bohn pant liner under them.
Works a treat.

Bought the pants, but not overjoyed with them.  Something about them causes me knee pain after long rides. However, I really like them under my ski pants in the winter

When I tour with my Falcone club in Europre, we ride with red, mechanic jump suits.  I wear the Bohn armor underneath for protection.

I have the mesh bottoms, I don't use them because you need to wash them often when weather is hot. I'm not into washing my gear. They smell real bad after 500 miles in 90 F.

I've had Bohn top and bottom for several years. The product is so much easier to deal with. Easier to clean thoroughly and most of all stays in place under jeans, slacks, even a suit and tie! Especially nice for remaining unobtrusive.  R3~

This spring I bought the bottoms (not mesh) and have used them a number of times - I like the concept, but have found that the knee/shin armor doesn't stay in place.  There is no fly, so do your peeing before your put them on or prepare to pants yourself to find your equipment when the moment is right.  I just came back from a short cold ride and the knee/shin armor just will not stay positioned right.  I'll keep trying, but so far, not impressed.  I wear them under a pair of very heavy "Duluth Trading" fire hose canvas pants and there is plenty of room for wearing the Bohn body armor in there.

I have the bottoms & am satisfied.  I know now that I should have ordered the "fly" option.
