Here's How it's Done:

I found these instructions for installing a clutch cylinder.  I won't argue the method.  Enjoy!

Installation method
 1.First will fill the brake oil pump under lie flat, do not have air, silk mouth is verybig, can be seen there was a bubble
 2.See above screw, tubing with good twist screws, do not tighten, request screwside holes can be exposed
 3. This is the key, be sure to look good. Link on the pump and tubing, and highup, the oil pump oil cup, and then pressure several times at random (10) handle,OK now just waiting for (don't allow any action) 5-10 minutes later, in the aboveside didn't tighten the screw hole will see the brake oil flow out, then lock screw,exhaust
 4. Hydraulic clutch exhaust complete inspection methods: push the pump underthe wire to the pump body en croute, hand pinch on the pump handle, handle tipto move about 3 cm, knead not bottom go to, is correct. (press the handle untilthe pressure not bottom go to, there are about 3 cm distance handlebar, itfinished the exhaust, but loading debugging), loading, must pull wire all out, againunder the fixed pump, (make sure to loosen the clutch handle, wire all stretchedout)

2. Please check the size measurement chart carefully before making payment.
 3. Please allow 0.5-1 inch difference due to manual measurement.(1 inch=2.54cm)
 4. The color of the actual items may slightly different from the listing images due to

I spotted some familiar words and phrases if I switch to Chinese reading mode and wired a tiny translator between my eyes and brain

ie. exhaust

in Mandarin, exhaust (verb, the action in the exhaust stroke) sharing the exact same word as bleeding (hydraulic brake/clutch).

A bunch of years ago I was an engineer aboard the M/V Charlotte (Charlotte the harlot) Lykes.  The ship was German built, and converted to U.S. flag in a Japanese shipyard.  The Japanese translation of German into English made for some rather interesting placards and manuals.

It sounds like to fill the system, fill the reservoir, leave the bleeder screw open, pump the lever 10 times. and when fluid starts to come out the bleeder 5-10 minutes later, close the screw.
Hmmm. Never have tried to fill a line that way, but it sounds plausible. <shrug>
