LED replacements for Stelvio signal bulbs

Has anyone replaced the turn signal bulbs on their Stelvio with amber LED replacement units? These are a type 7507 bulb with a BAU15s base (locator pins offset by 150 degrees rather than the 180 of an 1156 bulb). Another complication is that the factory bulbs are 12v 10w, where many other 7507 units are 21 watt.

Some 10w replacements are up on Amazon and eBay, but the sellers are almost universally ambiguous about things like the need for load resistors / ballasts, etc.

Suggestions welcome...

You will likely get a fault code for a burned out bulb if you use LED. I think Luap did that.

If you use an LED flasher with LED bulbs they should work.
But as Wayne said it may be with the LED flasher that is included in the dash it looks for burnt out lamps
But Superbrightleds.com have resistors to fool the flasher into thinking an incandescent lamp is attached.

This guide leads you to believe there is a flasher for the bike, I don't believe that's the case for the CARC bikes.

There are units that are listed as CANBus compatible that (according to the sellers) don't trigger the errors - most of these use a resistor block in parallel with the lights, but not all do.

If you use an LED flasher with LED bulbs they should work.

The flashing, and bulb failure detection, is done in the dash.

I believe that I had Luap wire a simple 1K resistor in parallel with the LED unit to keep the electronics from detecting a broken filament. But that was a few years back.
