Givi windshield parts

I lost a plastic part off my Givi windshield, somewhere on a freeway in the Greater Los Angeles area.
No big deal, I'll order a replacement and all will be good.
Givi, doesn't respond.
I try online, I would have to buy an entire fit kit, if they were in stock.

I cannot be the first person in history that this has happened to, any suggestions?

In my limited experience with this type of situation, it is common not to be able to buy just one bit from a kit containing many bits.

Post a pic of what it is you need, maybe someone here can offer a suggestion of what will replace it.

I had almost the exact same experience.  They finally responded something to the effect of "you were supposed to make sure it was tightened down."  It was one of the conical  plastic jobs that is in contact with the windshield. PITA
