FLORIDA MGNOC RALLY/CAMPOUT (formerly called Coonbottom)

The Annual MGNOC campout will be the week prior to Thanksgiving. The same venue as past campouts at Scott's Ferry Landing off Florida SR 71, 14 miles south of Blount's Town, Florida. The Florida Poverty Riders, the BMWMOA and Florida MGNOC members sponsor this FREE RALLY. Campers fees are $5 per night for motorcycles. All others go through the campground store. ie mobile campers, pickups, cars, and cabin rentals. Pot luck on Thursday, fish fry on Friday, The Sauce Boss Gumbo Show on Saturday and coffee all the time. Provided by the CMA riders.     Friend of mine went. They had Yeungling.

I had a good time, rode up from Port Charlotte on Friday.
Checked in and set up the tent, then it was time for a beer from the never ending keg.
Friendly people and good food, the Sauce Boss was a good show and the gumbo was very good.
The industrial size fire burned all weekend.
All in all a good rally, I recommend it.
Next year I'm bringing the kayaks since we are camped on a river.

Was great As usuall. As for beer, they rotating kegs thru  the weekend. Thursday: keg of oyster city ipa,yuengling,  proof la la land ipa. Friday: rolling  rock, founder breakfast stout. Saturday: pbr,yuenling,proof 850.

Food: breakfast,lunch and dinner all three says. Big Jim's fish fry on friday and gumbo and smoked wild pig  saturday
Entertainment by Bill Wharton the sauce boss..
Giant fire each night.
Ride to the coast for oysters.
Oh yea Thursday slippery nipple night.
143 people  90 + assorted motorcyles.
Bike games on Saturday.

Could go on and on but yu get the picture.
