V7 and Ambo Police bike w. Cop radios and stuff -barn find

These former police bikes came into my buddy's shop last week. I took them home. Some of the tin is not shown, but that have a lot of unique goodies on them. I've not seen leg shields and floor boards like on the V7. The V7 has square carbs, so its prolly bitza. Can you help me identify the accessories, parts and the bikes? I think one is a modified V7, since it as unvented side panels (not shown -but I have them and the airbox too) and no tach. The other once I think is an authentic police model. VINS ae 1729 and V75PP518296. Most of the missing pieces are in a box. The Ambo is said to run. I need new projects like a hole in the head, but learning what I may have here goes a long way. The metal legshields w/special crashbars and pegs are o.e. Guzzi, available as dealer installed accessories as far as I know. VIN 1729 is good for a '67 V700, but V75PP518296 is a not a normal Guzzi number. Perhaps some extra digits have been added on and it's just the last five digits 18296? Or a number the police dept. gave it? Engine numbers would help.
