Here late at night we seem to get some of the various "reality" car hot rodding shows on one of the free to air channels (guzzi content I'm too cheap to pay for television). Anyway new one for us (most of these episodes are at least a couple years old), called strip and rip with the Weld It Up custom shop in Las Vegas, I doubt this place actually exists outside the show its so blatantly and obviously contrived. I kinda like it because they do interesting stuff with diesels, I don't like it because other than getting a motor in from a "shop" there is exactly bugger all information about the motor.
The do rat rods , utes and the odd bike, i think the feature vehicle was a 49 ford ute (pick up). The escorted it in to the reveal and up the back one of the shop mechanics was on a ambo or eldo loop, probably up the back because it didn't fit in with the others.
So there you go unfortunately it looks like we are no longer getting the show that was originally been broadcast with it which was 90% more intelligent followed a single guy operation did a goldwing trike and a manx beach buggy and then looks like the local network lost interest. The penalty of actually understanding what you are doing and not having a massive attitude about it.
