I'm going thru my money bag and don't know if I should spend my money on my sweetie with Valentines Day coming up or send the moey to Dusty for the Cedarvale Rally. Either choice and I'm graveyard dead. I'm too embarrassed to ask the KERA members so I'm off to visit the Tarot or should I see a palm reader?

Is a quandary something like a mud bog? Or worse, quicksand? I think you might be SOL.

Hummmmmmmmm. I think you should get your sweetie something. It comes up first so you would have to hear about it longer if she were neglected. Besides, she nursed you back to health with kind words and soup and maybe whips and????? AND, she is better looking than Dusty.

(Well, maybe not to other ladies but.........)

Sorry Dusty, the devil made me do it.

Take care of Valentines and then just show up at Cedar Vale. We'll take care of it, what this MC family is for.

Sell something. Walk through the house and find something she does not use anymore and post it on craigslist.

Pay for her at Cedarvale.

Funny , the Turnip suggested that might be what he would do in our brief visit this morning

Kind of a win-win deal

Get something for the sweetie and go to the rally. You only live once.....and it will be a short life should you leave her out of the picture come Valentines day. "Happy Wife...Happy Life"

Dusty can expense it from the Wild Guzzi Super-Secret Slush Fund through the WG bank in the Cayman Islands...Just get yourselves up to Kansas and it will all work out...the universe is aligning positive forces into a vortex above Cedar Vale!

You and Beaver will never go hungry when I'm cooking.

I agree..just show up and enjoy. Cedar Vale is special.

Maybe Dusty will let you work off your fee by helping him cook and do the other amazing and essential things he does along with all the other helpers.

That's what WildGuzzi is all about Charlie Brown!!!!

Ride safe and often,

Jeff

Heaven knows Dusty needs help.....

Tex...both of your tickets for Cedar Vale are covered...Ill always remember the first time I showed up at GRIT years ago more on a whim than a planned stay and Tex and Beaver put me in the Lakeside Hilton Tent with extra blankets and served a wonderful dinner and breakfast.

This one is on me!

Which came first - ?? - the Guzzi or the girl ??

Remember, you always get to keep your motorbike in a divorce (2 fer 2 fer me, at least).

Well, the tarot reader helped me decide.

Roses are red
Violets are blue
Beaver is sweet
But Cedarvale's in my view.

See ya there
If I'm still suckin' air.

Just don't be like the armadillos...look BOTH ways before crossing the highway!

rodekyll · « **Reply #19 on:** February 10, 2018, 07:55:54 PM »

Oh... Beaver. And there I was trying to figure out how much a jar of extra fancy kitty treats could cost?

Well, do the same thing you did last year -- buy a couple's ticket to Cedar Vale for V-day and then make her pay your way over.

oldbike54 · « **Reply #20 on:** February 11, 2018, 08:23:35 AM »

So we're in agreement , Beaver is getting something nice for Valentine's Day , Tex and the lovely Georgeanne are both coming to Cedar Vale , maybe this year together , and Hoppy the Wallaby made it thru the holiday season W/O a neighbor thinking he was a giant rabbit and cooking him for dinner?

Agree with Lannis on this one...Old Chinese proverb...."Happy Wife - Happy Life!"

Kind folks,
My humor kind of bit me in the rear just like it did when I named my male pit bull Tiffany. Talk about a mean dawg!

I like to pre-register as it takes a lot of up front money to host a rally.

I'll take Beaver to the vending machine area at the Greyhound Bus depot for valentines day. Never have to fight a crowd

Dusty, the check is in the mail (and I'll be on the front cover of Men's Health Magazine)

Tex

oldbike54 · « **Reply #23 on:** February 11, 2018, 09:33:14 AM »

Thanks Ken

Now about that bus depot , don't you guys have a bowling alley ?

Dusty

Texas Turnip · « **Reply #24 on:** February 14, 2018, 09:22:16 AM »

Well, the old turnip farmer lucked out as the Ladies Axillary, post 15, American Legion in Lindale served us a nice Valentines meal last night. Whew! Now I don't have to decide between the bus depot and the bowling alley for the special meal.

Living life large,
Tex
