coil over shocks for guzzi reverse trike
« on: May 16, 2018, 08:17:33 PM »
I have been searching in vain for some 350Lbs /inch  eye end shocks for my trike project. I bought some on E bay that were advertised as 350 pounds/inch and they were huge. I tested them and they were 700lbs/in.They were kg. rated., I have been on the net for days. I called progressive but  they want to know what bike I have. I see people make reverse trikes and have correctly sized springs. Any ideas. Thanks

I posted about this but my post seems to have dissapeared.I am trying to find aftermarket coil overs in the range of 350lbs per inch.I tested all my shocks but none were adequate.I bought the black 350 pound one new on ebay. The  figure for 3/4 in. compression was 440 pounds!!!!!!! Convert that KG and see that this is a huge difference from the ad.Any how  here are some picts.

I solved my brake mc problem. I was air in the system. The guage was to check from the mc at each point. The mc went to 2500 psi with a very strong hand.
