Thank you. This was a really interesting read. From a whole different era.
I'm a fan of small displacement machines. They require a different approach to going quickly. The only bike I regret not having kept was a Morini 3 1/2.

I can't see there will ever be a time when we'll see another double world champion. I imagine Spencer was the last.
But Agostini did it  5 times.

Have you read Stealing Speed? Mat Oxley's book of a slightly earlier time in the history of racing two strokes. Also really interesting.

One may write one's destiny but the unknown delivers it.
