It's 60 & sunny, and though a busy weekend, I had to get out and ride for a bit, and was able to get 2 hours in back to back 1 hour on the GRiSO and Norge.... Such similar but delightfully different beasts. The GRiSO is raw and connected and like an old school Muscle car..... The Norge is so much smoother, more comfortable, faster, and nice. SO happy to love riding again and be connected to the machine and experience. Part of me misses the peel your eyeballs back power of the FJR, but that part is small, and dying, and on balance is just so negated by the overall Guzzi experience. I think eventually I will be moving from the Norge to a California and full touring bike, but for now these two bikes are all I need.
I still like the 1100 4V motor better than the 1200 8V, but thats more to do with teh setting than the motor. I may not like the less refined feel in the Norge. Happy Easter all!
