bar ends for V7 iii
« on: May 22, 2018, 11:05:59 AM »
I've been searching for a more affordable bar end solution for my v7 iii but for the past 2 products I've purchased there were gaps or fitment issues.

What kind of bar end mirror solutions do you recommend?

CRG. Stay where you put them, don't vibrate as bad as the stock mirrors. I love 'em.

No. If anything, one of them was "too" flush, and I had to trim the rubber a bit so it didn't "drag" the throttle.

Yes, but they were a batch made up for Corsa in the UK (since departed) with a groove for the CRG bar end mirrors (& knock offs). Very smart, but no photo - I'm still on the road. For cheap, check out the stock Royal Enfield bar ends - a big heavy lump with the same 8mm hole for the screw.

Oh wait... sorry, I misunderstood. I replaced the stock bar ends with the milled bar ends for the CRG. They simply thread in and replace the stockers, and then the mirrors clamp into the groove on the bar end.

...did I understand this right, this time? I'm unsure.
