I like..... take the garage with you!  I do see my share of motorhomes towing a pickup with a golf cart or motorcycle in the bed.  This takes it a few steps further!!!!

I think you would be off the end of the boat ramp to launch that boat on top.

   It looks like the upper level of the trailer is lowered with the winch on the right side.
