Spotted while at a local gas station bar for a morning coffee. The owner said it was a 1963 (then he happily rode off). Apologies for the shadow, but not much I could do ....

Looks like a Moto Morini 250 Settebello.

Lots of Italian singles attached their chain guards like that back then.
