Yep, I put one on my 1200 Sport when I bought mine in November 2013 and had to ride it 1400 miles home in 40-50 degree weather. I put it on when temps are consistently below 65 degrees (in October). I take it off, along with the black heavy duty Velcro circles, when temps return consistently above 70 degrees (May?). It keeps the cold air off my neck. It looks good when mounted. Mine is clear but if I had a do-over, I�d get the tinted shield. Well worth it!!!
The reason I take it off and don’t ride with it all year is that it does produce some wind turbulence on my face shield that I don’t like.
