V11 rear rack

Somebody on here talked about a v11 rack and from what I gathered they are unobtainable? I can't seem to remember what post it was in but I have a line on one, aluminum one made for Guzzi, give me a shout about it.

$125 is the price I'm paying.  I don't know what they sold for originally or if there is any other reference market price.  Jim made me a fair offer so I took it.  Of course, I'm already thinking of either powder coating or painting it black it or carbon fiber wrapping it...you know, to match the Scura's dark side!

I'm not sure of what they sold for new back then but I think it was well north of 200.

The WG forum comes through again!  Congratulations on a good result.   I think a lot of the racks were removed for esthetic reasons, and therefore lost, but I will keep mine on the bike.

      Thanks for the reply, I have an old Guzzi brochure that they list at 249.00! I've seen them around the 150-175 range ,But not new. Congrats!

If the rack is aluminum, will it hold a powder coat nicely?
