Florida campout at Scotts Ferry

Has anyone heard anything about this?

It would have been in line with the hurricane blast and only a few miles from the coast.

Not to be shallow but i too am wandering. It is only a few weeks away and bet there is alot of work to do. i will try and contact Big Jim about this.

   My guess is the rally would be cancelled this year. The campground at Scott's Ferry doesn't handle storms very well and Michael was almost a direct hit.

Mexico Beach is a stones throw from there and it's right between there and Marianna, which also got wiped out by Michael. And has anyone heard from Jim?

UPDATE

NO power, many trees down.
The water is still up to the cabins.

Looking like it probably won't happen.
Only a month away.
