G-5 question.
« on: April 07, 2019, 09:33:04 PM »
Howdy. I pulled the (muddy  :embarrassed:) rear mag wheel off my  1981 G-5 to replace the tire. There was no "mexican hat" spacer between the disk brake carrier and the wheel bearing. Is that normal for late G-5 with mags?  My Convert with wire wheels has one. I need to order brakes anyway, so if I need that spacer, I'll get it at the same time. Thanks!

Not used with cast wheels, only spokes.
