Never been a cruiser kinda guy, but he was a huge influence in the industry.

Not my cup of tea but there is no denying his talent and influence on the industry.  He was a giant at what he did for sure.

He signed his business card and bought me a beer once at the Dime Horseshoe Bar in Sundance, WY, during the 50th Annual Sturgis Rally back in 1990. 

I shook his hand several other times after that at his shop in Dublin, CA (I lived in Pleasanton, CA for 5 years.).  He was a real gentleman and an innovator to the industry.

Nothing he did ever moved me, but there's no denying his impact and he got to do what he loved...no better validation for a life than that!  :thumb:

I’m sure that’ll be the general consensus around here. I get that. But he did appeal to more people that the weird shit we ride  :laugh:
