« on: June 23, 2019, 04:54:31 AM »
Well didn’t go town. Ralley, went to weather channel showed rain for weekend so I loader up a bike into toy and off I go.  End up in Galison tx. Call Gal-David and he show me aroundtook toa really good sea food place( got it to go) went very nice home and meet his very nice wife.  After he took back to toy hauler and said we would get together Sat. We didn’t I Should Have.  Sat. I told my self road Trip so off I went.  Just north of Houston Tx. I was sitting at a stop lite.  You know it a 18 wheeler ran into the back of my trailer.  The driver looked like he was from south of the border.  I must have pass out min.  When I looked he was sitting behinded me I got out and their sat cop and his truck was sitting about 10’ back.  He got the left rear of my toy hauler and his right front.  His cow guard was almost on the ground his head lite fender or bang up.  My bumper ladder tail lite box on left pushed in.  And neck and hands hurts.  They wanted to take me to hospital to check me out.  I asked what about my truck and trailer,  I told them I could drive they said no must tow it and me with two pistols and a shock wave shoot gun in trailer.  I said I’m going to Ark.  Now this morning in ark. My hands or sores but lower back sore this morning.  My wife and kids wanted me to go hospital last nite I told them I want a beer.  But this mornig I think I will go.  I never had trouble with my back.  I hope that driver is not south of the boarder to day, the cop said the driver had a lot more troubles than just hitting my trailer. Their were a lot of policemen their, and big 18 wheeler tow truck.rudy

as a lawyer who deals with accident cases, I can tell you that you may need some professional medical help to come back from this.  each day you delay means 2 days of recovery if you are under 45, if you are over 45, then 3 or 4 days.  please, get the medical help.  also, save all the records in case you want to file a law suit.  do not take the very low offer to settle that his insurance company is going to offer.  that other driver did this to you through no fault of your own, it is his fault.  exceptions to this rule are rare as hen's teeth.
good luck with your recovery.

Another vote for hospital. Especially if you blacked out.

Go get checked out!!!.
We gotta lot more fried oysters to eat, some fish to catch and we still haven't hat that big Mexican food breakfast we were planning.

I figured you'd took off when I didn't hear from you Sat.
It was good to see you my friend.  Let's do it again soon.

Seriously consider a trip to the Doc.

Yes, we’ll thats the resign you haven’t had any problems.  She said you can walk away from back and heart problems.  Now today I went to my doctors.  Nothing to wrong come back in 30 days let’s see.  You should be fine.Rudyr
