My riding buddy has that bike with 99.3k miles and no trouble(the cheap B. Uses regular gas)..

That is a Griso 1100, not 1200.

I have an 06 Griso with 60,000 miles.
Swap the muffler and HB pannier brackets.

Sell my Griso with stock muffler (that I still have) and Dart Fairing (spare) for $3,000.

Might be a GOOD IDEA.

That's the combustion chamber of the turbo shaft. It is supposed to be on fire. You just don't usually see it but the case and fairing fell off.
