Yikes!

During the Marsh Motorcycle open House last DECADE, we used to have quite a few of these show up.

Uhh, yeah. Not too long ago, I had the ridiculous idea of putting 20K into a derelict motorcycle and doing the Cannonball. I can do it with an airplane..
As Bill used to say..
Comma but
I was staggered by the prices of derelict motorcycles and parts.

The USPTO site still lists Excelsior-Henderson of Minnesota as the owner, but there are 6-7 live trademarks and at least an equal number of dead ones. Some are for merchandise, some are for parts, excluding tires.

Strange for sure. I thought the Hanlon brothers once had the rights to the name/brand then lost it after they went out of business. I doubt they’d have any interest but it would be neat if someone like Polaris would resurrect the brand. Though I believe they have their hands completely full with Indian at this point.
