Good source for 1200 Sport Battery?

Anyone have any recommendations for a replacement battery on my 08 1200 Sport? I believe it was replace by the previous owner in 2013. Figured now might be a good time.

Is there much science involved ?
Just a good old Yuasa sealed unit should do wouldn’t it ?
You’d trip over 10 of them on your way to the counter at our local supplier.

I've had good luck with the Yuasa OEM battery.  The original battery in my bike, which was built Dec 2007, lasted until 2013.  Although these are no maintenance batteries, they ship without acid and obviously they're not charged.  The dealer (multi brand but not Guzzi) prepped the 2013 replacement, which failed in less than a year.  Yuasa has a 12 month warranty on these batteries, so dealer ordered another and took care of the warranty for me.  Present Yuasa has been working for the past 6 years.  So, I guess that would be 'good' luck, if not 'great luck.'

The word from Roper is to add the acid if not done already, but allow adequate time for the internal medium to saturate...(or something like that)
While in Norway 2017, my Norge began to show signs of a failing battery.
Given that I was on my way to Nordkapp, I thought I’d best not rely on the local dealer @ 71 deg. North to have one in stock..(although the stores in Honningsvag were surprisingly good...)
The young bloke hurled the acid in, whacked the jump leads on and fired the bike while I put my hat on and I rode for an hour or so before stopping..
Never had an issue...(dumb luck, I wouldn’t do it again since I’ve been warned..)

I've used both Yuasa and MotoBatt - MotoBatt  is currently in the Norge and I've been very happy with it.  I like the extra posts which allow for direct attachment of a couple of leads away from the primary leads.  Battery was installed in 2014 and 40K miles ago, and is still running strong.
