Canadian Motorcycle Shippers

Hi Folks
Potentially shipping a bike from Ontario (Ottawa) to BC.
Anyone done it? Who did you use? $$$? Comments/criticisms?
Anyone going that way with room in a truck/trailer?
Cheers!

I used Paul from Monstone Transport last November to ship a Guzzi from Kingston to Kamloops. Very good service, a bit spendy, but great communication, and he is a bike rider from way back, posts regularly on ADV Rider, a Canadian and a one man show. Book early he is very busy.

I had a T-3 shipped from Ottawa area to Edmonton, I had the seller pick up a HD shipping crate at the local dealer and package it up, he shipped it by Fast-Freight (by train) cost $500.00 a couple of years ago. DonG

I have used UShip a half dozen times, always turned out well, look for five star ratings, read the comments and you should be fine.

Thanx to all for your suggestions. This is exactly the info I was looking for.
Early days in negotiations at this point, and the shipper will be the purchaser's choice.
Careful what you offer Nick - I may just take you up on it.
If anyone here is interested - I am selling my 08 CalVin - $5000CDN - PM me for details & pics.
Cheers!
