Some Old Businesses Cards
« on: April 15, 2020, 04:39:51 PM »
Except for the Baxter card this has been on my late fathers shop wall. He probably put the last one on there 25 years ago. Kind of cool. If someone wants them let me know.

Cool historical perspective.  Bet we could put together more business cards from out of business Moto Guzzi dealers than for those that are in business now.

Wherever they go, will that person person please make a collage, then scan it and post? Kind of a historical artifact.
Would make a good start to a collection.

What the hell, my card, Bob's, Acer, DeeDee, that's real interesting photo. My card is from 1990.

I remember Baxter as the go to place for British bike parts in the 70s and 80s before the internet, when it was hard to find parts for these rare (unpopular) beasts.  Didn't know they did Guzzi now.
My favorite rides:
1978 Triumph Bonneville
2005 Triumph Thruxton
2007 Triumph Sprint ST
2010 Moto Guzzi V7
2017 Moto Guzzi V9
Beechcraft BE24R
