Keep your politics to yourself on Wild Guzzi . No bullshyte , the next violation will lead to a ban .

I need a way to get members to read the rules and think about what they are writing before posting .

Or maybe a remote device that lets me shock them thru their keyboard .

it deff rolls in waves, I have been guilty of stepping over the line. Its easy to see how it cascades from one comment to others jumping in to say their piece..  It's a good rule and a really big part of why this board is so good. It only takes one comment before others respond and then its full-on post-a-rama. There are a few people here who deff know how to toe the line and push buttons, then pull back once others begin responding. Code words, dog whistles, etc etc

Thanks for keeping it in line.

Wild Guzzi will look like it did before this mess well after this mess has subsided , that is the plan , and if you screw with this plan we will make you go bye bye .

We get it , shyte is weird right now , we are all feeling the pressure , but we will not let this alter Wild Guzzi .

How about a negative number in profile as they add up debits AND a boot icon.

In the Navy we had a "blanket party" for those that couldn't follow the rules.

I like the fact that the discussions here are limited to motorcycles, well mostly motorcycles. There are other places to play if you want to talk politics, news and current events, and conspiracy theories. I subscribe to a board that has specific forums for each...

Do you remember how well the "like" feature went over?

Luap has clear and simple rules. Might take all of 10 seconds to read them. His sandbox, his rules.

This isn't hard!

Good advice.  As they say "When you disagree with a man about politics or religion, it is like telling him his wife is ugly and his children are stupid!"

I gotta salute Luap and his diligence, I've never seen a post on WG regarding politics.

Oh, they are here.  It is only when an opposing viewpoint shows up that the post or thread gets deleted.   :police:

Actually that isn't true . Trust me , you just don't see certain things , I do . No one gets treated any differently , no one is special , not even you . Are we clear on this ?

oooops, my bad.  That salute was intended for Dusty, not Luap.  All you old Guzzi riders look alike to me.....

At another site I visit where we argue politics, religion, guns, philosophy, economics, and anything you can possibly imagine, the moderator/site owner has created a separate thread call "Hell."

Anytime anyone posts something that violates the rules, the post is sent to "Hell."  Only people who have signed up for the site can view "Hell" after they have logged in.

Kinda hurt my feelings that I posted on that site so long before any of my posts were moved to "Hell."  Kinda felt like no one cared enough about what I said to get pissed off at me.

Not a good feeling.  I think they call it the "battered wife syndrome."
