When I lived in Florida I watched in person, launches, landings, and disasters.  All still burned into my memory until dementia takes over.

I do hope all goes well.

I was on the road, and thought I would miss the launch.  Now I have the chance to watch it live on Saturday.  Fingers crossed!!

I started grade school in 1961. Two things that the school would bring a TV in for, the space launches and the World Series. Yes, those early images and the awe of it are also burned into my mind.
