I don’t have a 3D printer yet but this guy has something I hadn’t realize, it’s free drawings of parts https://youtu.be/kLL-ydbr9DQ

3D printing (additive manufacturing) is will be the one of biggest step changes in manufacturing technology since the industrial revolution IMO

See here as en example of what can be achieved at the limits of the current technology  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vtLtu4ZYsQ

If you add a decent 3D scanner, it is the means to produce all those long gone components needed to keep old bikes running perhaps

Yeah, Chuck, watch out. If you start flipping through thingiverse and it'll make you get a 3D printer.

I was pondering a funnel to get oil into the GRiSO motor after seeing what someone had done for their Ural.
Austin is much too busy and I'm much to cheap to chase this down, so I'll do what I always do. Get by.

I'm not going down that rabbit hole.  If I were *much* younger, though, I'd have a *good* 3D printer. I had to mortgage my house to buy my cnc mill back in the day, and I'd have to mortgage my house today to get a good 3D printer. Nope. It's a younger man's game.  I'll sit under a tree, sip a lemonaide, and ask Austin real nicely if I *need* something printed.
