Was the Breva 750 an Aprilia design?
« on: July 14, 2020, 09:42:18 PM »
Just curious.  A good riding buddy bought one after owning a BMW R1100RT. I wondered how he adapted to the Baby Breva.  After watching this link, I think I see how.  I rode his bike only once, and didn't immediately 'get it' after having just purchased my 1200 Sport.  But I think I may have missed something.  In retrospect, this baby sports tourer now seems to have been a really intelligent design.  An Aprilia thing??

All the Brevas were originated by Aprilia, pre-Piaggio.  The 750 was introduced first because it was a relatively simple redo of the existing small block line.

Nice visceral Video. Sounds Just like my wife’s. I don’t have the balls to do the triple pass he did. But  In my experience Alpine European riders / drivers are like this weather they can see ahead or not.

Reminds me of when I use to vacation in the Alps.  Looks like Switzerland to me.  Italian Dolomites have narrower roads and not as maintained.  Austrian Alps look narrower but wider than Italian roads.  Just a guess.
From the Deep Deep South out in left field.  There are no stupid questions.  There are however stupid people asking questions.  🤣, this includes me.  😉 Hawaii.
