help identifying a loop frame?

Hi.  I picked up a 1973 Loop as a parts bike.  No title, no info on it's history.  Rough shape, but mostly complete.

It has a 4LS front brake - but no labels or other identification marks.   I assume it's an 850GT (or whatever it was called here in the US).

So probably 850cc / 5 speed?

Serial Number on headstock and engine block is: VP *059105*

I'm just starting a rebuild of a 1974 Eldorado - so will learn much more about these in the coming months, but would appreciated any light that can be shared on this 1973.

Looks like 059105 to me. Eldorado. Yes, would have been 850, 5 spd. from the factory. May '73 production date. Will have a timing chain instead of gears. Does it have Amal carbs?

Yes - It is 059105 (typo).  It has one carb - and it's a Mikuni    The 1974 I am starting to rebuild has Amal carbs.   I assume that I could swap the 4LS brake from the 1973 with the 2LS on the 74?

The '74 would have had either a 4LS or disk from the factory, so yes, I would put the 4LS on it. You'll need the right-side fork lower and axle too.
