A Special Sport followed me home.  It's been a faithful steed ever since.  Never left me stranded and no maintenance problems other than a bad temp sensor and a loose wire in the injector harness.  Otherwise just tires and oil.  At this rate it will probably outlast me.

Alas, no ever since RPM Cycle went belly up a couple of years ago.

Similar story for me . Twenty two years ago a 98 EV and I met. Never had a Guzzi before so I gave this one a go. 131,000 on the clock and has never left me stranded. Clutch failed at about 82,000 but I was able to ride it the 30 miles to home. A friend, Guzzidad did the clutch replacement, so no big cost there. Everything else was handled by me and I'm no mech. The bike looks almost new and rides like new. Still my favorite motorcycle and I've had a few. BTW, no dealer needed.
