Bike may not be but your eyesight is stunning
Reading in mirror I can do stationary but I cannot take me eyes of the road long enough to read a number plate in the mirror when riding.

I used to have “move over you wan#er” in back to front writing on my headlight protector to make it easier for outside lane drivers to understand but they don’t look in the mirror so it didn’t help
Yeah, your point is probably valid in reality.
I guess I wouldn’t want to bet money on a successful attempt. Suffice to say that my Norge is really silky in it’s feedback through the bars.
My mirrors are not mounted to the ‘bars

so that takes almost all of the blurring away.

All of the feedback here got me thinking that perhaps I'm dealing with a slightly lean condition...

So, I'm going to play a bit with the CO Trim via Guzzidiag and enrichen it up a bit to see if that helps, I'm starting to think that the map I'm running may be a bit on the lean side when I hit 4k rpm.

May consult again with Beetle once I tweak this a bit and see what happens as I can't find any other physical source of possible small vibes.

For what it’s worth... the side stand on my 08 Norge, with 80,000 miles on it, was getting into my foot peg and causing vibrations. I put a little more metal on the stop bump to hold it back off the peg. The metal had just worn down and let the stand retract too far and touch the left foot peg.

Thanks Cappis...good thought indeed!  Coincidentally for a long time I had a relatively think rubber grommet taped to the bottom side of my Goldwing foot peg to reduce vibrations, but had also cut off a portion of the side stand at an angle, so it doesn't actually touch the footpeg!  Just last weekend, I moved the rubber from the bottom of said footpeg to the side stand but it's still providing the same function.

Hopefully will have time on the weekend to play with the CO trim and experiment a bit...if successful, will share back here with folks.

Success...I downloaded Guzzidiag 50 last night, last version I was running was 47...decided to start from scratch again and found that my CO Trim was set at +35!!  I never set it there, so it must have either modified due to other activities such as throttle body balancing or it's a gremlin.

Either way, set it to zero again, reset TPS, reset Autolearn Parameters, checked it several times to see if all the values stuck...and smoothness and silkiness has returned above 4k.

Took it for a 15 mile run yesterday evening after the Guzzidiag session, was cautiously optimistic, and then today took it for a 100 miler...absolutely perfect!  Found myself living in an RPM world I don't normally inhabit on the Norge due to the smoothness, and for a moment thought my speedometer had been recalibrated, but did the compare to my GPS and all is good.

So happy to find the sweet spot again!

Thanks!  Indeed...like a kid at Xmas, opening a present and grinning incessantly...so thrilled to sort this one out.

Actually was a fun session last night, did GuzziDiag on the Norge, Griso and Scura (more limited here in terms of what can be done).  Nice to be able to do these diagnostics and fixes at home in the garage with good music playing, my little boy running around bringing me tools and getting good results!
