Newer cars/vehicles will really become "cages" since everything will be mounted low in floor pan.

That's interesting.

For electric motorcycles to be more viable,  it needs a similar leap of faith  I suspect

If previous trends are valid.  It'll take awhile for motorcycle styling to change.  Brands that tried to change had to stick with traditional styling.  Step-through designs aren't popular for a motorcycle.  They have to be sold as large scooters.
