Breva 1100 lowering

I am going to look at a 2007 Breva 1100 in the next couple of days.  This looks like a good one and, having read all the road tests, I believe I would like the bike but I am concerned about the seat height, 31.5 inches apparently.  I have a 29" inseam and currently riding a 2002 Stone which fits me pretty well.  I believe there is a low seat for the Breva and also lowering links.  Does anyone have any experience with either of these?  Thanks!
