Shout out for great service at PA (USA) dealer

I wanted to give 2 thumbs up (but I only have 1) for Blackmann's Cycle in Emmaus, PA. I trailer my bike 1 3/4 hours to get to them and they take me in immediately (with an appointment), diagnosed my defective tachometer on my V7 III Special, and had the new one in one business day. And they installed it in 39 minutes when i went back in for the repair. I thought that was outstanding service.

I haven’t been up there in age. Did they have many Guzzi’s in stock?

A silver V7 Special and maybe 4 or 5 V85 models, TT version and the others. They also have a fair number of Royal Enfield models in stock, and I have one of them too, a Classic Chrome 500. I only ended up there and not the much closer to me Goshen NY dealer, cause they were open on Monday for the Black Friday deal that got me into my first Guzzi. If not for that promo I would probably be riding a Continental GT right now...........glad I have the V7 III!
