That was used in 89-90 or thereabouts on Cali's w/full fairing and some w/big valve models. It needs a coupler that is splined like a Vert on one side & normal splines on the other end.
A friend had one on his SP sidecar rig. Rpm was up there at speed. Would be good for the drag strip.

8/33 is 4.13:1 ratio.
7/33 is 4.71:1 ratio.
6/32 is 5.33:1 ratio.

Yep, it would be good for a Quota or some of the Calis with tall transmission gearing.

I always though it was a standard 20 spline coupler, but a driveshaft with 20 on one end and 10 on the other.

Those shafts did not exist in the 90's.

Shame it's not 10 spline, I'd put it on my 'Sport for those sub-90mph twisties.
Something wistful and amusing, yet poignant.

I found one of those adapter sleeves with a LM project I worked on. Unfortunately the 6/32 drive was gone so I was never able to sample the difference between the 7/33 and the lower gearing in real time

The housing part number is a little different than the older Tonti boxes, would this fit say a G5 or SP? (I'm not going for it, just curious)

The G5 housing part number is 17350305 this one is 37350305

Don't  most 1975-2001 rear ends from T3 on  interchange if the spacer inside the drive is the correct one for  the wheel. you are using ?
