Looking forward to attending again this year, last year was an amazing party.

My personal goal this year is to actually make it in time for Friday's festivities instead of showing up in the middle of the night on Friday like I usually do.

Once again, I will not be able to attend, will be in Italy and/or Ireland with the lovely Mrs Bulldog. I just go where she says ;-)   I'm gonna try to at least get a trip up to Mandello.

But will be changing jobs again (hopefully last time), and moving back to Virginia, so here's to 2024.

We had over 50 Guzzi riders there last year, but you need to stop by in the evening. Most are out riding during the day on Sat. or Friday.  There were over 100 attendees last year.

in my experience, the campground is mostly deserted all day Saturday

Haven't been before. Are there any rides planned for the weekend and is there nearby lodging if I decide not to camp>

There are a couple bunkhouses at Willville Motorcycle Campground, but only 2-3 so you better act quickly if you want one for the rally. I doubt there are any hotels less than 30min away, but I am not super familiar with the area.  Probably a few AirBnB's out that way as well.


As for rides, people are always riding out on Saturday at least, but no specified official group ride that I have seen.

I will be there but the T-Shirts are pretty funny. Wolves and sheep, lol...  a buncha old farts who can barely rise up off of an inflatable sleeping pad and trip & fall climbing out of their tent more like it!

Just a shout out to Bob Corfield & the 2022 VA State Rally.  I found a package in my mailbox this afternoon containing the t-shirt I ordered for the rally but didn't pick up because I didn't make the rally.

I didn't officially cancel my registration, etc. so I didn't expect to receive any swag or the t-shirt, but Bob (?) sent it to me anyway.

Thanks!  Now I finally, after 9 years of MG ownership, have an official MG-themed t-shirt
