What's new for this riding season?
« on: July 16, 2022, 07:40:34 AM »
For bike:
Bottle holder + thermos bottle

Stand's support

For myself?
Now I already had good AMRM textile riding jacket and trousers (with removable thermal liners), water proof shoes and 2 different gloves ... I still ended to buy whole hot weather riding set (partly as last summer was extremely hot here). My AMRM set is typically also mainly black colored.

On Board jacket

My first kevlar protected riding jeans.

Hot weather riding clothes

Hot weather riding shoes

+ another summer skullcap.

Those are bit like stretch jeans. They do not feel as tight as they look like. Fiber is someway flexible.

There are no other changes vs last year (my bike). I focused to add 2 set of riding clothes.

Ok, I also bough extra parts to high way pedals which I bough last year. Just as I was not able set them so that they would have felt comfortable. Now there two new/more ways to adjust them.

Yes, a Chinese product, but so starts to be almost everything nowadays. It has some plastics (black parts), red ones are opposite metal (painted aluminum).
It can be adjusted 90degree (handlebar connection vs bottle holder). Plus there is bolt to adjust holder to your bottle size.

I kept it better than anything else I could find:

The thermos bottle is opposite almost cult/iconic product in Finland.

Let's see.... A 99 Triumph Thunderbird 900, a 13 Honda Goldwing F6b, new Taichi mesh jacket and a new Roadcrafter R3 light. That's more than enough for one year. Hoping for a better back so I can do more riding next year.
