although we have not met, i want to say that it is a fair bit of work to put together these sorts of things and i am sure it is appreciated even by those who can't attend.
on the whole, most of use are getting older and some are getting busier with grandkids and the like.  i had to pass on a very tasty sounding ride yesterday, another one today and tomorrow as well due to grandparent duties and as much as i have loved riding these 40+ years, would not want to miss out on the grandkids. it kills me to say it, but riding just is not going to occupy the primary place in my life going forward.  i am sure many others here would say the same.

I would like to thank you for the effort that you have put into getting the members of WG together for a ride and to break bread.
It’s folks like you and your wife that make us a family here on WGC forum.
However folks and their situations do change over time in all of our lives and our hobbies and desires for certain entertainment changes also, the meeting you have hosted for a while may just be one of those changes.
Please do not be discouraged because when one door closes in one’s life another usually opens.
We all are looking foreword to your continued participation on the WG Forum, Sir.

I apologize for the flip flop but after further thought and today’s Knoxville Tn showing of eight people, I am continuing the meet n greet monthly traveling get togethers.  See you in Helen Ga weekend of 10 December.  Anybody want to stay there for the weekend, bring their significant other and enjoy the touristy Christmas village type atmosphere?  Let me know your thoughts on that
