Mileage on V85tt

Someone posted this a week or so ago and Im a week and 1/2 into my 2020 V85tt travel. Previously had one but didnt recall the specifics.

Have had 2 fill ups and the 1st one was with 1 bar left and put in 5 gallons at about 250 miles. Got the 2nd fill up today and let it go to no bars and I did about 270 miles and put in 5.1 gallons so with one gallon left Id estimate (depending on your riding style) at least 300 miles and it should get better as the bikes get more broken in but as always YMMV...

I once did a ride on my V85 and sat on about 110 km/h for 350 km.
I had intended to get fuel at that point but the servo was closed (New Years day).
I pushed on towards Tooleybuc where I knew the servo would be open, that was a further 160 km. I did not think I could make it, but slowed to 90 km/h in my effort to get there. That would have been 510 km.
I ran out 6 km short at 504 km…
Was a good ride though.
