Black or black?

Is the V7 Sport/ 850T instrument body flat or satin black?

  The indicator light housing forward of the tach/speedo is flat black on my '73/'74 Sport, it is original.  Horst.

Nice bike JJ. Have gone back and forward on what colour to paint the T but looking like black with white pin stripes, at the moment!

That black 850-T3 was spotted at the Guzzi Rally in Datil, NM a few years back.  It was spotless and the rider was from New Mexico...and I heard a few year ago that he SOLD it for big bucks to a Japanese collector... :thumb: :bow: :boozing: :cool:

There are other T3 colors that are beautiful, but I just couldn’t have anything but black.  Mine was a G5 cloned backwards.

While the upper part looks like flat black, the lower part is satin (semi-gloss) like the headlight. Could be it's faded over time on top. The raised letters are silver.

I painted the tank and side covers black but if I had to do it over, it'd be red. Be a lot faster then!
