Soldering EV tank

So appears like Mr. Wayne had the right approach at least it worked in this case.
Been dealing with leaking EV fuel tank most of this spring, there were a couple hair line cracks in fatigued stamped underside. I tried epoxy which had worked on the other side, it’s still holding after 7-8 years, but didn’t here, perhaps bigger cracks. I tried 3 coats of SealAll as recommended, no luck. So I tried Solder, better but still not leak free, so for my last attempt from the outside, I had some copper foil taped (used for stain glass windows ) covered the holes and cracks, lots of flux and new solder. So far it’s held.
