Source for threaded bar end inserts on Mana Bars

I have Mana Bars for the Griso, but have no bar end weights yet. The bar ends have the large threads for screwing in the inserts for the bar end weights, but I cant find ones I know will work. Anyone have a good source? I may have to go to AF1 and parts fiche? but dont want to mortgage the house......

 I'd ask Pete R, he might have em  AF1 says $5.31 for insert ea & bar ends are $11.20 pair in stock but insert is coming end of month

Thanks Steve, will head over to AF1. I just ASSUMED they would be expensive.
