Yeah, Jake's pretty good.  Rumor has it that his younger brother is as good or better at playing the ukulele than Jake.  Influenced by the older brother.  This crop of younger musicians on the ukulele have been influenced by Jake.  He's become a mentor to them inspiring them to learn and play the ukulele.
