2020 V7 Racer. Does this clutch cable routing look right? Or should it be routed under the instruments?

I can't speak to the exact routing on the Racer model, but my 2018 Milano was routed the same way stock. I put 750 Breva handlebars on which are about 2 1/2 inches narrower and left it, looking much like your Racer currently and it has worked just fine for the last three years.
