Part one here:
https://wildguzzi.com/forum/index.php?topic=123143.0#msg1901788Maintenance continues with new matching front tire and fork seal replacement.

I fingered that while I change the tire I should do the forks as well, I have been procrastinating about this as I was unfamiliar with this setup and didn't want to monkey it too bad. Found the appropriate manual for the CalVin on this old tractor
https://www.thisoldtractor.com/mg_manuals/workshop_manual_california_en_de_ne.pdfI did not want to do this on my yard as it does require a bench vise

Last picture shows the seal pocket where there was a bit of dirt behind.
The second fork went easier, as the learning curve was not too bad. While I was at it I took the time to polish out the front fender and rim as I am accumulating a bit of corrosion and rust all over

Got to use the hoist again, just to get the front up a bit.
So far I like the shinko tires as they seem to do well on loose gravel.
Got a few hundy in on them and it is really feeling like summer up here, with some nice weather. Planning on going to the hot springs this weekend! Will post pics ....where no Guzzi has gone before.
