V7III Sump spacer
« on: June 13, 2025, 05:25:47 PM »
Where can I purchase a V7III spacer for my Special
Does the spacer lower the pump suction, otherwise what's the point?

Does it use the original dip stick?

I don't have one on my MkIII, I only have one on my MkI. I assume they are the same.

I got mine from Ed Milich (Guzzi Power):

https://www.guzzipower.com/store/Sumspacer.html

Yes, pump suction draws from bottom of pan through ports in the pan and spacer, so it lowers that point.

You don't change the dipstick because it doesn't alter the top and full is still full and quart or pint or whatever down is still the same.

It makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

Anyone know how to contact Ed Milich or someone at Guzzi Tech? I looked at the web site and didn't see a contact number or email.

I mean there was an email link on the site:

ed@guzzipower.com

Also there was a face book link that contained another email link:

info@guzzipower.com

I have no idea if either are current but it's a start.

He hasn't posted on FB since mid 2023.
