Anyone in Kitsap county WA state with Lonelec cables?

The cables I used for remapping my old Norge and a friend's V7 aren't working with my Bassa. The red LED on my OBD2 cable isn't coming on when I hook it up. I've been emailing back and forth with Mark from Griso.org, but I'm unable to connect with the GuzziDiag or the Reader app. Thought I'd ask before I resort to buying cables from Lonelec and finding that they don't work either for some reason. I live in Poulsbo, WA.
