Tank bag mounting

I never used a tank bag before and just got a NOS Moto Guzzi tank bag for a 2006 Breva 1100. I am at a loss as to where to hook the two straps to. Cannot find any instructions or good pics of one mounted. Any info/ help would be greatly appreciated.
