I need to lower my 2015 V7II about an inch. Stock shocks are 15", 380mm. Looking for a recommendation for a 340mm replacement. I'm casual rider don't need a premium just good enough will do me fine.

At 390mm eye-to-eye centres, that is the same as for the V7 mark 1 (Classic). The V7III has shorter shocks as standard, though can't recall offhand the exact measurement. Might a used pair for the V7III be an option?

I have a set of stock V7 III shocks (350 mm) that I’d be happy to sell ya. Only 2,000 miles on them; pulled them off when I converted mine into a dual-sport. Shoot me a PM if interested.
P.S.—V9 and V7 III shocks are the same.
